SCF files are files that, unless you hack your registry, will not show their
file extension. They are used to create commands such as the "show desktop"
command in the quick launch bar. You can write them using notepad - just
save them with the scf extension. The format is:
[Shell]
Command=2
Iconfile=path_to_icon,icon_number_in_file
[Taskbar]
Command=command
