Hope this is the right group.
Installed Palm Software V4.1.2 for Tungsten E device on
PC running Windows ME. Later updgraded OS to XP Home. It
appears that the Hot Sync is working but the Palm
Software App on the XP is not. Calendar screen is blank,
no contacts appear and when I try to add a new contact
get MS error dialog "Palm Desktop Application has
encountered a problem and needs to close. ..." and offers
to send error report to MS.
Tried to reinstall (remove the install) Palm Software App
but unable to remove it using Control Panel-->Add/Remove
Program. Get "Error 1606. Could not access network
location '::\Documents and Settings\Windows
User\SendTo'". Thnx for any suggestion. - CHA
