windows boot problem

when i shutdown windows xp pro everythings ok, then i
remove the plug. When i plug the pc back in the pc starts
without pressing the power on button, and windows will not
load up .If i press the power on button during boot up the
pc switches off and then windows will load in propley.
hope u can help me on this?

Check your BIOS settings.
