system volume information

how can i deframent this .if i run diskeeper it won't
defragment this

System Volume Information is the system Restore data, don't worry
about it.
Or you could turn Off/On System Restore, which deletes all Restore
Points.

But considering the purpose of System Volume Information, I would
consider it a non issue.
