I have an analogue sony video camera attached to the composite inputs of a sony desktop with xp and movie maker. Nothing happens when I turn on the camera and set it to vcr and playback as movie maker instructs. The help pages suggest that I configure th
e program to receive an video capture card as the device in use and instruct the machiine to take the signal from the composite input. That is fine and dandy, except that I cannot access the wizard or settings page that will let me do this. From what I c
an tell from this group, the computer should automatically detect the camera, but it does not. This is a new computer and I (perhaps wrongly) assumed that all components would work with supplied software. Anyway, is there anyone who knows a way to get th
