Scrapbook

I have saved clipart on a cd and I am trying to use it in
my programs, such as wordperfect. IT tells me something
about a scrapbook and takes me there but I cannot figure
out how to use the clipart or how to get the saved stuff
into the scrapbook. Please help if you can.
