View Full Version : Printing problem

I have trouble printing with an old IBM proprinter x24. Most of the time
pages only get printed half. When the printer prints a full page completely,
it is unable to print a second document or even a second page. I suspect
it's a problem with the driver since the printer is about 18 years old, but
nobody at IBM or Lexmark (that has taken over some of IBM's printing
support) could help me. At IBM they were going to send me a technician to
investigate the problem, but since there's no service contract or something
of that kind I haven't heard from them any more.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is and what I can do about it?

Regards,

Joris

Maybe you should treat yourself to a new printer..

It's usually a problem with a corrupted driver.... uninstall using
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

After reboot, launch the Install Printer Wizard. Drivers are included with
XP
