Floppy Drive

System does not recognize "a" drive, properties tells me
that hardware is functioning properly, but it does not
read, have installed two new "a" drives and same problem
occurs. System has 4 hard drives, sound card, agp video
card, modem, pc controller ultra card, dvd drive, cdrw
drive,and the infamous 'a' drive.
Two operating systems on the computer, win98 and XP.
System has no hardware conflicts, at least it does not
show.
