spooling

When trying to print I get a message saying that the printer spooling is not working. What can I do???? The printers will print test pages so it isn't the printers? Can't find anything to help this...

Let's try starting the Print Spooler... from the command prompt, type

net start spooler
(and hit enter)

Now try printing. Any change in behavior?
