This isn't a big deal but, how do I make all the windows
I open, open in a maximized view, rather than a semi-
minimized view. I have tried stretching the window. That
works for a bit but always seems to revert back to the
opening in a semi-minimized mode. Also, when I streatch
the window, it isn't 'really' fully maximized... so when
I shoot my cursor to the upper right hand corner to close
a window... I inadvertantley close the one behind,
because the on-top window wasn't as maximized as I
thought.

Sure I can click maximize everytime but I shouldn't have
to.

Right click the shortcut you use to open the window and, in the Run line,
select the drop down menu.

Normal= Window about 1/2 the screen size.
Minimized= A button on the Taskbar.
Maximized= Full screen window.
