Peggy, did you read the MS Knowledge Base article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;328213)? It applies
to XP Home only and it says there is a fix available. The fix is not posted
at the Windows Update site yet as MS has not finished testing it all of the
way. If you are having serious trouble with this situation, you can call
Microsoft to get the fix now. The URL in the article for contacting MS is:

NOTE: If you only ask about this when you call, the fee for technical
assistance is not applicable This is also stated in the article your message
points to.

You have to call MS as stated in the article.
