Hello...
I have this problem in all Windows NT based systems like NT 4.0, 2000, 2003
Server and XP.
Randomly my systems get's a "hiccup" which means that the whole system just
freeze's for about 0.5 a second.
It's especially annoying with the sound cause the sound freeze's too and
it's driving me crazy.
On Win 9x/ME, Linux, BeOS I don't have this problem only on NT based
systems...
I added RAM and upgraded CPU and mother board but still bo luck.

Have you looked into a bios update for your motherboard (if one is
available)?

Have you an ISA sound card? Does it only happen when you're playing
sounds?

Incidentally, why the perculiar line breaks? :)

Ant :)

It's a SoundBlaster PCI 128 card and no.... it happens without the sound
playing too, just when the sound is playing it's easier to notice it (and
it's the most annoying part)
