als 300 modio sound card

just upgraded from 98 SE to XP home.
XP wont/refuses to install soundcard.
been thru device manager, add new hardware,
all that stuff. Also have eror with Multimedia
Controller.
Any help, thanks.

Go to the mfr website to download xp drivers for the
sound card, if they exist.
