Hi,

What is the brand and model of your keyboard?
If it is all from Dell, go to Dell's website and search
for a XP compatible drivers. Or go the the keyboard
manufacturer's website to look for it.

Peter is correct. Check the Dell Knowlede Base for an article with a title
like 'What keyboard do I have with my Dimension 8100 and how do I install
the driver?'. The software is licensed to Dell from Netropa.
