Windows logo key and other no longer function

I own an HP Pavalion N5435 and recently I have lost the
function of the letters g, h, backspace and the windows
logo key. A couple of time I was able to do a hard system
reboot and it was restored, but this last time, nothing
seems to work. Any suggestions?

Buy a new keyboard?
