Hi, I have windows xp professional version on my pc. It
freezes any time the pc is idle or some other program is
on. I checked under even viewer-system and noticed that
acpi and dmboot files were involved any time the pc would
freeze. Can anybody let me know what this means and what
should I do to repair the problem? Thank you in advance!

"It freezes any time the pc is idle or some other program is on."
Wouldn't that be all the time, then?
Please be a little more specific because the way it is written
your computer freezes all the time, meaning, like, as soon
as you get to your desktop because, in reality, "idle or when
some program is on" would be all the time, forever.
