My Cd-rom Autoran two days ago, now it brings up Explorer

I need to know if there is a setting in Windows XP pro to
be able to enable/disable the autorun function. It used
to Autorun two days ago, but now it only brings up a
window for Explorer whenever I put in a new cd. The only
changes I made in the last two days is that I removed two
accounts from the computer. I found the "AutoPlay"
function, but it was no help here. Any suggestions?
