Right click response is SLOWW!

Recently my system has gotten very slow when doing a
right click on file names. I use this very often and it
may take up to two full minutes to respond. It doesn't
matter where the file resides, c drive is just as slow as
the network drives. Any ideas about what this is? I run
Norton AV, up to date and my service packs are all current

Go into task manager and see what program or service which is using your
CPU.
