Buslink USB 1 HD Missing from Explorer

Shows up under device manager as healthy Fat32 logical
drive but not available in Explorer and is not shown
under "My Computer".

Go into Control Panel, Administrative Servcies and under Computer Management
check to see if the Drive has been initialized by right clicking on it as it
appears in the group of Drives that should be listed there.
