I went to Microsoft Updates and had it do the scan, but
no "System recover error message update".Where can I find
this update? I was online with a tech. who sent me to a
website with the instructions to update.
My original problem is that on trying to access AOL, at
times, my computer would restart and give this error
message: Windows has recovered from a serious error
BCCode: a BCP1:805B30FC BCP2:00000002 BCP3:00000000
BCP4:805B2FD1 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product: 768_1

The tech took care of the restarting, now I only need to
find that update(System recover error message update
