Hello,
I'm using a Desktop PC based on Windows XP and a Microsoft
Intellimouse Explorer,- USB connected.
After the problems which are describes below occured, I
have installed the newest software driver for the mouse:
After minutes, sometimes seconds the mouse is not reacting
on movements or pressing the mouse buttons. After
disconnecting the usb connector from the computer and
reconnecting it,- in most cases it starts to work again, -
but again only for some minutes or seconds.
When the mouse stops working you can still find the mouse
entry in the hardware enviorment of Windows. There it is
marked as active and in function.
The PC is checked with an actual antivirus program.
What can be the reason for the problems with the mouse, how
can it be solved?
I hope you can help me, thx
