Backup problem still...

Upgraded ME to XP PRO but cannnot import the WAB file to address book.It
tells me that the file has
been locked by another application.Tried to save it to HD but same
problem.Any way round this?
Same problems with email files.Files are on CDRW.Had no problem with the
saved "My Documents file"
on the same disk.

Save them in a temp dir the HD, then change the ReadOnly attribute on
them...
(You can't do it directly from the CD)...
