I run XP on both my main PC and Laptop.
They are connected via a LAN with the PC being the gateway.
Until recently the (LAN) system has been performing
satisfactorily.
Now, when I attempt to "share" a folder on the LAN - it
seems to be working OK - but then in "My Network Places"
the shared folder does not appear sometimes (in either
direction).
I have worked my way through the Troubleshooter - to no
avail.
Any advice please?
