Modem/No Dial Tone

Can someone please tell me why I can't connect to the
internet using my pc....all I keep getting is the no diial
tone error. I have checked the phonelines etc, and done a
modem test, which comes back that the modem is running
properly, but I still can't get online.

Try looking at which jack, the phone
cable is plugged into the back of the
modem. There maybe 2 jacks.

One is for the modem, the other
is for a phone. Swap them around.
