As a start:
Right click on the drive
Select Properties
On the AutoPlay tab
select the Prompt Me Each Time to Choose an Action" radio
button
Then click OK

Once you are happy with the actions to be taken, for each
type of media listed in the drop-down box, pick the
action that you want (eg for Music CD, select play Audio
CD using Windows Media Player.
