.WMV Attachments

If someone sends me an e-mail with a .wmv attachment, I
click on it (to download) and it goes through the motions
and then the screen pops up with a C00D1197 error. Any
ideas? I have downloaded the latest versions from
Microsoft, so that should be a problem (running Windows
XP Home Version).

Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this has been
covered before. Couldn't find a FAQ anywhere....
