microsoft outlook problem

hi i have a question about outlook express email. we
just got ntl broadband and we just started outlook
express today and we found that we can recieve emails but
when we try to send an email they arent being sent for
some reason. please help

Hello John

Contact your ISP provider and find out from them what is
your POP3 settings, they will provide you with the proper
settings for your mail. Once you have contacted them they
should tell you your mail setting for inbound and outbound ok
