Is there any organization or company responsible to track and stop people
who are sending virus and worm ,I am receiving to much unwanted E-mails
which are contain worms and viruses every day?

No. If you use third-party software like the MailWasher
(http://www.mailwasher.net) you can track such mail to make the
program ignore it next time. Also you can report to external databases
like SpamCop to make others benefit from the data. But these databases
are just for help fighting against spam, they cannot actually stop the
senders but just make your mailbox ignore them.

not really, but might check with your isp ot see if htey have a spam/virus reporting address to send stuff to.
some isp's these days run programs to eliminate such items from your inbox.
