Hi,
On most motherboards, you can enter the BIOS by pressing the DEL, F2, F10,
F8 keys it depends on your motherboard.

Once you turn the computer on there should be a screen saying press the
"key" to get into BIOS.
Take a look at your motherboard manual to see which key it is.
Once you get into the BIOS, look for the bootup sequence and put the boot
from cd at the top.

The fact you have Windows at all is completely irrelevant. The BIOS has
nothing to do with Windows, just as Windows has nothing to do with the BIOS.
Suggest you RTFM to find out how to enter it.

Only you know what motherboard and BIOS you have, so only you know
the answer to your question. ;-}

In the extremely unlikely event that your PC's manual doesn't
contain the needed information, try one or both of the following:

How do I access my computer's setup (BIOS)

Hi, Tim.

As the others have said, YOU know the make and model of your computer; we
don't. YOU have access to the manual for your computer; we don't. The
steps depend on the computer, not on which version of Windows (or other
operating system) you may be trying to run on it.

All we can do is guess, based on our knowledge of a few of the computers out
there. Most of them flash a very quick message when they are first turned
on - within the first 5 seconds of hitting the power switch. They usually
say something like, "To enter the BIOS, press F2". But others say to press
F10, or Del, or some other key.

We can't do better than that until you tell us what kind of computer you
have. But you'll save time if you look it up yourself in your computer
owner's manual.
