CD-writer drive won't open

There are a few things you can try. First go to My
Computer and right click the cd rom drive and then click
on eject. If that doesnt work then try restarting and
during boot up try opening the drive with the button on
the front, if the drive still doesn't work then the drive
probably has a problem and needs to be fixed or replaced.
To still get your CD that is stuck in there out, you will
need a paper clip that you can bend out and on the front
of the CD rom there will be a little hole. Push the paper
clip in and it should pop out tray.
