This seems to be a known bug on WinXP Professional
edition Japanese OS and multiple monitor configuration.
The wallpaper of the desktop is not redrawn when the a
fullscreen D3D app (like 3D screensaver) quits on hyper
threading enabled/MP systems.
I know the root cause given by MS from an internal doc
but would like to see the MS article that describes this.
Does anybody know the KB article number or bug number
that discusses this/related problem?
