Installed a CD burner on XP Home. The troubleshooter says
the device is working properly. However, when I click on
My computer, the device is not visable. Have unplugged
the burner, shut down/powered up and then shut down again -
plugged in the burner and powered up. Still no device
shown on My Computer. Have tried to install manual
drivers, but can not use the drive. The other installed CD
works. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
