cannot run disk clean up - says unable to establish user identity?

I cannot run my disk clean up on XP because it won't
accept my user name. How can I make this run? the user
name & password are correct. why is this happening.

Where is it asking for a user name and password? if you are trying to run
this it means you are already logged into windows.

Are you the "admin" of the computer or a limited user?
