A new system with XP installed will not turn off. Sometime it
bluescreens but usually reboots. any ideas?
I have searched Microsoft with no luck at all; their fixes made the
situation worse. The is a Matsonic 9107C MoBo with an Intel 2.4GHZ cpu,
512mb PC-133 sdram, a gefroce 4mx400 video card and a turtle beach Santa
Cruz sound card. Ondoard devices were disabled where neded.
