drivers for cd/dvd/rw

i have a dvd/cd rw installed and a cd rom but having
trouble loading drivers for them i get yellow exclamation
marks in device manager can someone help

CD/DVD/CD-RW/DVD (Ram, +R, -R, +RW etc) hardware drivers are built-in XP.
You should not have to load 3rd party drivers.

Check to make sure that the jumper settings for the two unit are not the
same. If they are connected onto the same IDE cable, one should be set as
MA (master) and the other as SL (slave).
