Fax dialing rules

Hope this is the right forum
I set my fax dialing rules to use a calling card.
When I try to send a fax it only dials the fax number I
am sending to. I can not get it to dial the calling card.
What am i missing here. Thanks in advance John

Click on Start/Control Panel/double-click Phone and Modem Options/click
Calling Card Tab.
