Can I resize my primary xp partition using the disk
managemeent? I dont want to use external software or
anything command line based seeing that XP only has an
emulation version of dos. All of the space on my hard
drive is allocated to the primary partition, about 20GB is
empty. I want to make it so I can take 10GB off of that
and make another bootable partition.

Thanks, Bryan

Bryan;
Disk Management can not resize the partition the OS resides without
destroying app data.
There is no way around the fact that you need a 3rd party application.
