Digital camera problem...

I have Windows XP. I installed my Fuji FinePix software
but I can't see my camera as a "Devices with removable
storage" It looks like the system doesn't recognize the
new hardware.

Is it USB or Firewire? Did you install the software BEFORE
you first connected the camera?

It's USB. Yes, I installed the software before connecting
the camera (following the software directions)
