Ahh i hadn't considered the screen saver, that would
explain why these loops have both occured at around 5am,
i'll change the SS imediately. Thanks for the assist, i
was using the MS Blis screensaver btw.

If anyone has a different suggestion feel free to post,
just in case it turns out to be something different.
