auto complete

My new Windows Xp ON MY NEW eVO N800V notebook will not
remember passwords or use autocomplete. The only
modification I made that could possibly affect it was to
turn off voice recognition. Can anyone tell me what to
do. Compact has recommended a clean install and I don't
think this should be necessary.

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Repair

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords=20
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.=20
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
