Floppy drive not recognized

Your Instructions were great, and easy to follow..
How ever it did not change the fact that the computer
does not recongnize the drive. it shows it is operating
properly but when you try to locate it, it is not there
in either A:\ or B:\ I'm at a loss here.
If you have any other suggestions they would be greatly
appreciated..
