I had this problem with my digital camera. Also USB. Mine was a
compatability problem. To fix open folder where program was installed and
right-click the program. Click compatability tab. Then check "Run this
program in compatability mode for:" then down arrow and pick Windows
program.
My camera was JamCam 3.0, had to make compatable with Windows 95.
Hope this works for you..
