Modem Internal error

I recently upgraded forom NT to XP(p). When I went onto
the internet the first time there were no problems.....

The next time I booted up my computer it came up with the
following;

MWME001:Modem Internal Error
Primary code:5(0x0005)
Secondary code:105(0x069)
File: MWMWIN.C
Line:4413


Is there anyone out there who can point me in the right
direction?.....
