To fix this problem download and apply the registry patch
from the following URL,
which will automatically change the "NoSaveSettings" value
to 0:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/savesettings.reg
After downloading this patch, right-click the file and
select "Merge."
The registry setting will be modified automatically.
