system randomly shuts off and reboots anywhere from a few
min to a few hrs.get message system recoverred from
serious error.lists 2 files:
c\windows\minidumo\mini 060703.01.dmp
c\DOCUME~1\GIJOE~1\Locals~1\Temp\WERB.temp.dir00\s ysdata.
xml
lists cause as a device driver
I recently had sent computer in to manuf. and had video
card replaced.I disable that driver and still get system
crashes.I had done some window updates that included 1
for my dsl.still crashes.
I had even done a system restore to a pt immediately
after i had video card replaced.still crashes.
never had this problem before vidoe card and win updates
done.need assistance in cause of crash and
troubleshooting needed.Thanks to whomever replies.

Click START.
Click RUN.
Type this (without quotes) followed by <enter>:

"sfc /scannow"

Then, after this is completed, move on to this:

Click START.
Click RUN.
Type "cmd" (without quotes) and press <enter>.
Type "chkdsk c: /v/r" (without quotes) and press <enter>.
It will say it can't blah blah blah, and ask if you want to schedule...blah
blah blah. Enter a "Y" and press enter.
Reboot.
