When I click on my computer properties, I get an error ...
The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be located
in the dynamic link library WINSTA.dll
Once I click OK it opens the System Properties window.
If that was all fine but I get errors when I try to add a
new driver. ex USB HotASync for my palm M100
I have reinstalled XP twice, reinstalled Norton Anti
Virus and ran full scans including the worm removal
tools.
The error started to show up some weeks ago after I had a
problem with my internet connction. I messed around
everywhere tryig to fix it so I reinstalled XP and the
above error staring showing up.
Any help would be appreciated. The XP I have is a Dell
version.
