Computer Upgrade

Hello,
I purchased a used computer that came with XP Personal
already installed on it (my first exposure to XP). It has
a 533 Celeron, 3 gig H.D., & 80 megs ram. I VERY much
need to install a 2nd-40 gig H.D. (requires BIOS flash),
more ram, and have a 550 Pentium II I would like to
tradeout for the Celeron. My sellers are still "looking"
for the XP Disk; can I do these upgrades to my 'puter
without the disk? If not all, which can and can't I do,
and how? Thank you-

The processor speed is fine, but 80 megs ram? I don't know how you got it to
run on so little. 128 megs is a minimum, and you'll be happier with 256 megs
or more.

These changes will probably require a repair installation, and you will need
the CD to do that.
