taskbar

Hi
I upgraded to XP over the weekend and as of yesterday,I
have no START menu or taskbar!It is not hidden, nothing
happens when I hit the windows key and nothing happens
when I go into my control panel and hit the info on the
taskbar. My daughter has her own sign in and she does
have them with no problems.Kooky, huh. HELP!

What this usually means is that Explorer is not starting properly; please
