After uninstalling and reinstalling my printer several
times, I'm told there is a virus causing my comuter to
disconnect my printer. I can't wade through all the
jargon to find the patch. Can anyone help me?

If it's a virus, some antivirus software with updated signatures and a FULL
scan of your system is the answer. If you can't be bothered to get
essential software and protect your PC, should you really be using PC at
all?

It's not like you even have to pay for it...AVG from www.grisoft.com (v6) is
FREE?

You should also download and install ALL Critical Updates from the Windows
Update site.
