View Full Version : Outlook Web Access Login Problems in Windows XP Professional

One of our executives has Windows XP Pro loaded on his machine.
When he attempts to use Outlook Web Access he receives a different log
in screen than those using Windows XP.
The Login Screen has drop down boxes for user names, but doesn't drop
down the correct name.
There is also no place for him to enter the domain. He has tried
Domain\UserName to no avail.
It also takes him about ten tries to log in, finally, when just using
his username.
We are running Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000 Server.

He is definitely using Windows XP Pro and not Home version.

Any advice is appreciated.

Have you tried having him go to http://webaccessserver/exchange/username?
